- Challenging remodel of existing lab spaces in existing aged laboratory building.
- Dedicated air handlers with D/X cooling and hot water reheat for humidity control.
- Fume/general exhaust for new fume hoods.
- Piped lab utilities.
- Building Management System controls to interface with existing campus system.
Tannery Arts Theater, Santa Cruz, CA
- Renovation of existing historic tannery building in new theater.
- HVAC design/build with local contractor.
- Very low air noise design in cooperation with acoustic consultant suitable for theater performances.
Veterans Administration Aquatic Therapy Center, Palo Alto, CA
- 14,000 sqft aquatic therapy center with indoor 80°F and 90°F saline pools and support spaces.
- 24,500 CFM dehumidification system with condensate recovery to pools. Refrigerant heat recovery for air side reheat and pool heating.
- Campus steam heating for domestic hot water and pool heating backup.
- HVAC and Plumbing design for lobby, office and large locker/shower/restroom facility.
- BMS controls design to integrate with campus BMS system (Siemens).
